As a financial advisor, Crispin is eager to create authentic relationships with his clients, families, and businesses. He focuses not only on achieving financial goals utilizing strategy and analytics, but to improve the overall well-being of his clients via his comprehensive network of professional resources, encouragement, optimism, and prayer.
Crispin has held leadership positions as a field trainer, level leader, and recruiting leader for other financial advisors. What makes Crispin unique as an advisor is that he has over 20 years of experience as a former hospital administrator and corporate healthcare system executive. He also had the privilege to serve on several boards in his local communities including the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and Economic Development Corporation. He has a heart for mentoring in formal and informal capacities and has had the opportunity to teach as an adjunct professor at his alma mater.

Life Outside of Business
Crispin was born and raised in central Texas (Killeen/Ft. Hood) and is proud that his father served in the US Army for over 25 years. He currently resides in North Dallas with his wife (Jessica), son (Bishop), dogs (Duke – a blue merle Aussie; Bitsie – a Jack Russell mix rescue), leopard gecko (Lyla) and too many fish to name. Crispin loves being a husband and a father. As a family, they focus on creating experiences by attending events (sporting, concerts, plays) and travelling to national parks. Crispin attends all of Bishop’s hockey practices/games, trap and skeet practices/competitions, and violin concerts. Crispin is involved in his local churches where he has been singing and playing guitar on praise and worship teams for over 20+ years. His other hobbies include disc golf, tennis, WSOP/WPT poker, and is a member of a rock cover band (i.e., Rush, Skynard, Eagles era).
